Email marketing for events

As an email marketer, finding an email marketing conference that strikes the right chord is frustrating.

Most digital marketing conferences touch on it, but don't dig deep enough into the strategies and tools that can make a difference.

But with email marketing boasting a 3,600% ROI, we should never sleep on staying current. It’s part of the job!

With that in mind, I went to Email Innovations Munich early this year, where I had the chance to witness—and even participate in—insightful discussions about email marketing in Germany.

Attending a presentation by Tobias Eickelpasch, founder of Rock your Email

I can’t wait for the next one!

But in the meantime, I’ve put together a list of email marketing conferences.

Why? Partly for myself, to keep track of the best ones, but also for fellow marketers like you, who are looking to stay up to date with the latest developments in the industry.

Top Email Marketing Conferences to Attend in 2025 and 2026

Deliverability Summit is the only email marketing event that zeroes in on email deliverability. You’ll be tuning into some interesting discussions led by Yahoo Sr. Director of Product Management Marcel Becker and Word to the Wise co-founder, Laura Atkins, and more.

(There’s another one taking place in Alicante, Spain, from June 4 to 6.)

What to look out for:

Several online sessions caught my eye:

  • Postmastery Deliverability Benchmark (since we examine the deliverability performance of different email marketing services ourselves at EmailTooltester, I’m really excited about this one!)
  • Humanising the Deliverability Manager Experience (TBC)
  • The Problem with Spam Words and Spam Filters (led by the SpamAssassin, Kevin A. “KAM” McGrail)

In-person sessions explore deliverability in more detail, and I particularly think the hands-on workshop on solving delivery problems provides the most value for attendees.
